Refund Policy for The Aftermath Event

At The Aftermath Event, operated by Jawmew Deals LLC, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience at our events. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your ticket purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in the circumstances explicitly stated below.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another event, product, or service unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Event Cancellation: If The Aftermath Event is canceled by Jawmew Deals LLC, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be automatically processed to the original method of payment used during purchase.
• Event Rescheduling: If The Aftermath Event is rescheduled to a new date, ticket holders will have the option to request a refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled event. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.
• Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from purchasing a ticket or accessing the event, and the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund under the eligible circumstances, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of your request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or inability to attend the event for personal reasons.
• Late Arrival or No Show: Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows at the event.
• Partial Attendance: If you attend part of the event but choose to leave early or do not attend certain sessions, a refund will not be issued.

5. Event Modifications

Jawmew Deals LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, and content without notice. Such modifications do not qualify for a refund unless they fall under the eligible refund situations outlined above.
